Prague Castle isn’t just the largest castle complex in the world—it’s a treasure trove of history, legends, and hidden gems. Our tour takes you through the castle’s most iconic interiors, where centuries of Czech history come to life.
We’ll kick off at the Old Royal Palace, home to Czech kings for centuries. Marvel at the Vladislav Hall, once the grandest room in Central Europe, and visit the Assembly Hall, where the Czech Parliament began. Then, we’ll stop at the famous Defenestration Window, where, in 1618, two men were thrown out—sparking the Thirty Years’ War! Talk about a dramatic moment in history.
Next, we’ll head to the Basilica of St. George, the second-oldest church in the castle, with medieval art that tells fascinating stories. From here, we’ll explore the majestic St. Vitus Cathedral, where you’ll see incredible works by Alphons Mucha and hear tales of the Czech Crown Jewels hidden inside.
Along the way, we’ll meet key figures like John of Nepomuk and Přemysl Otakar II, and take a stroll down the enchanting Golden Lane, a fairy-tale street that’s charmed visitors for centuries.
Join us for a fun, exciting tour through the heart of Czech history at Prague Castle—where every corner holds a story!

LOVED every minute of the tour, the places we visited with the history behind them, the trams we rode, both old and new, the beers we drank and the authentic lunch we enjoyed. We did a small group Beer Garden Tour with our group of 5 which was outstanding. He was incredibly funny and knowledgeable. A master storyteller which made the trip come to life. Great beer and an amazing lunch. If we had more free time, we would have booked another tour with him in a heartbeat. Any tour. His storytelling was the best.Posted on Wander38575016551Verified Amazing Daragh was amazing! Really made the experience incredible for everyone in our group. Would highly recommend this to anyone travelling to PraguePosted on Susan CVerified Daragh and Bashka were awesome! We took two tours with this company and highly recommend their personable, friendly, attentive guides. First a history tour with Daragh. He was very knowledgeable about Prague history during WWII and Russian occupation. We so enjoyed also learning the subway system! We ended with a great meal, Czech beer and a visit to the park where Lenin’s statue once stood. The next day Bashka did a Jewish History tour with us. She was amazing answering all of our questions, giving us extensive information about the sites we visited, and honoring Prague’s Jewish population. We couldn’t have asked for better guides.Posted on Henk vVerified Fine alternative tour with Darragh. Special tour led by Darragh. Not downtown, but just outside. So first by tram. It was funny that he had bought 10 tickets for the tram for us. Little did he know that senior citizens (and that is us) in Prague travel for free on public transport.Nice business visited and fine burger eaten. The surprise was a live performance at the Jam. Well arranged. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
